Leadership and Governance

Active Leaders of Love (ALL) is governed by a Board of Directors that provides strategic oversight and accountability in accordance with the organization's bylaws and the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA). Operational leadership is led by the CEO and supported by volunteers across key functions.

Active Leaders of Love welcomes expressions of interest from individuals who are passionate about good governance, accountability, and community impact. We periodically recruit volunteers to serve on our Board of Directors and/or Governance Committee. Chief Executive Officer

Joyce is a communications and community leader dedicated to creating spaces where people can learn, connect, and thrive. Through Active Leaders of Love, she is working to transform compassion into action and community challenges into opportunities for collective impact.

Shravan Doshi

Chairperson, Board of Directors

Shravan Doshi is the Chairperson of the Board of Active Leaders of Love, with over 20 years of global executive experience in finance, operations, and organizational transformation. He provides strategic governance oversight and supports the organization’s long-term growth, accountability, and impact.

Ibitola Aina

Director of Operations

Ibitola Aina is an operations and project management professional with over 10 years of experience leading projects and improving organizational performance across nonprofit, corporate, and consulting environments. She supports executive teams and delivers process and systems improvements that enhance efficiency and impact through operations, technology, and people-focused leadership.

Florent D'Souza

Senior Director, Communications & Public Affairs

Florent D’Souza is a digital strategy and communications leader with experience across biotech, fintech, and social impact sectors. He brings a community-minded approach to helping organizations communicate clearly, build trust, and turn ideas into practical action. His work sits at the intersection of technology, and the knowledge economy, grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

Nikita Madan

Research & Strategy Lead

Nikita supports initiatives that strengthen community engagement and organizational impact. She brings a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to advancing projects that improve access to information, resources, and opportunities.
