ABOUT US
We help shape stronger, more inclusive communities across Ontario.
We believe every community has strengths and potential. However, barriers can prevent people from accessing information, resources, opportunities, and connections they need to fully participate in community life. By building knowledge, strengthening connections, developing leaders, and creating opportunities for participation, we help people become active contributors to positive change.
Compassion is at the heart of all we do
We turn awareness into action
Our work may focus on issues such as mental health awareness, digital literacy and inclusion, leadership development, and other community-identified priorities. Our goal is to strengthen the support communities have, address gaps where they exist, and create new opportunities when needed to help communities thrive
Our role
-
Education and awareness
-
Advocacy and community voice
-
Community-based programs as a way to respond to identified gaps
The outcome
Stronger communities equipped to lead and sustain positive change.

When people can access information, resources, opportunities, and connections, and have the knowledge and confidence to act, communities become stronger. People are better able to find support, take part in community life, and work together to solve local challenges.
We believe in building with communities, not without them.

OUR
BELIEF

OUR
METHOD
C A R E
C- Connect
We bring people together by creating relationships between community members, leaders, and organizations.
A - Awareness
We build understanding of community challenges, available resources, and opportunities to participate.
R- Readiness
We develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence people need to respond to challenges and contribute to their communities.
E - Engage
We create pathways for people to take action, collaborate, and participate in creating positive change.
Compassion is at the heart of all we do. We believe people are the foundation of strong communities and positive change begins when compassion is turned into action. Through our CARE framework, we connect people, build capacity and leadership, and create opportunities for meaningful community improvement.

The ALL Project is the primary public-facing initiative of Active Leaders of Love (ALL), serving as the central platform where programs, research, partnerships, and community engagement efforts converge. Through The ALL Project, we've:
-
Advanced social and economic inclusion across Ontario communities.
-
Connected residents with essential programs, services, and opportunities.
-
Raised public awareness through targeted digital campaigns.
-
Strengthened impact by fostering strategic partnerships with organizations and stakeholders.
